I ordered my usual size and wasn’t sure what to expect, since I was worried it might run a little small. But it ended up fitting just right, which was a nice surprise. The size chart seems accurate and made ordering easy. I’m happy with it and would definitely get the same size again.

My first impression was positive, the order showed up right when they said it would, and the tracking was easy enough to follow. The box had a small dent when it arrived, so I was a little unsure at first, but everything inside was totally fine. Overall, it felt reliable, and I’d use them again if they keep delivery this consistent

They did explain everything clearly, so I’ll give them that. I just had to wait a bit for one of the replies, and I’m always a little skeptical with customer service anyway, so the delay didn’t exactly help. But overall, the info they gave me was easy enough to understand.

I ordered from southfaces.com i’m annoyed because the design was close to the preview but definitely not the same. The colors looked different when it arrived, and one of the small details was blurry instead of sharp like I expected.
It’s not completely unusable, so I’ll probably still keep it, but that’s not really the point. If they’re going to show a preview, they should make sure the final product actually matches it. Shipping was fine, but the final look feels off, and that’s on them.

I kept checking the tracking for my order, but it just sat there with the same update for days. I had no clue where my package was or if it was even moving. I was counting on it arriving in time for plans I had, and the lack of updates pretty much ruined that. Super frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from southfaces.com again.

"Return policy feels way too difficult"
I tried to return my order, but the rules were so confusing and strict that it felt almost impossible. Maybe I missed something, I’m not sure, but it was way more hassle than I expected. I don’t think I’d buy from here again.

I ordered from southfaces.com the shipping took way too long. I also didn’t get many clear updates, so I was basically just waiting around and guessing when it would show up. The product itself was fine, but the whole delivery situation was annoying and felt totally preventable.

I went on southfaces.com thinking I’d find a decent jacket or some outdoor gear, but there was barely anything to pick from. A bunch of the categories looked oddly empty, and the ones that did have items felt like the same few products repeated, which made me wonder if the site was even fully stocked or just trying to look bigger than it is.
There also wasn’t much going on with sizes or colors, so it felt like a waste of time for me. Maybe I happened to check at a bad moment, but something about the limited selection seemed off, and I probably wouldn’t bother going back unless they seriously add more products.

Payment went through in the end, but the whole checkout felt slower than it needed to be. Not a total disaster, just one of those annoying little things that makes you go, wow, this is kind of a pain in the ass

The print looks decent overall, but it’s a little less sharp than I was expecting. It’s not terrible or anything, but I kept looking at it wondering if something was slightly off with the file or the printing quality. Not bad, just feels like it could’ve been better.

I’m shocked at how fast this jacket started falling apart. After just one week, the stitching was already coming loose, and at that point it was crystal clear the quality was terrible. No question about it, this is one of the least durable jackets I’ve ever bought

I used the site the other day, or maybe it was earlier in the week, I can’t remember—but it was mostly okay. A few pages took longer to load than I expected, and I had to click around for a while before I found what I needed. I did get my refund in the end, but wow, it took longer than I expected. I was starting to get impatient waiting for it to show up, so at least it’s sorted now.

I ordered from southfaces.com because there was a discount code showing, and to be fair, it did take some money off at checkout. It wasn’t a massive discount or anything, but I was trying to grab something before a weekend trip, so every bit helped.
The annoying part was how confusing the promos were. One banner made it sound like there was extra money off, but my cart would only accept one code, so I ended up wasting time trying different combinations instead of finishing packing like I’d planned. Kind of frustrating when you’re in a rush and just want the deal to work the way it looks like it should.
Shipping was okay, and the final price was fair enough, but the whole promo situation left me a bit irritated. I’d probably buy again if the discount was actually worth it, but I wouldn’t pay full price, especially after it threw off my plans.
